When paired with the Manfrotto 128RC (formely 3130) head, this combination has a rated capacity of 8.9 lbs. and a maximum height of almost 76 inches, making for comfortable astronomical and terrestrial viewing - even near the zenith. The 3011BN/3130 combo is ideal for binoculars up to the Gemini 20x80 LW, Gemini 15x70 WP, or Signature 70mm binoculars.
