Our top-quality 70mm binoculars. If you want to own only the best, than you owe it to yourself to take a close look at our Signature series 10.5x70 and 15x70 binoculars. These units reach a new threshold in binocular price, performance, and value. Never before have binoculars of this quality been available for less than twice the price.
Whether it's the exclusive 1.25" ocular filter threads, or the superb, greater than 92% transmission coatings, or our unique 14-point inspection process, the Garrett® Signature 70's are the ones to beat.
These binoculars feature excellent ergonomics and durable rubber-armored all-alluminum construction that will provide each priviledged owner with a lifetime of enjoyment and reliable performance. They binoculars utilize a sophisticated, 5-element ocular design that allows them to acheive better edge-of-field correction than our standard Gemini® and Classic series products.
Each binocular is individually tested and must pass our rigorous 14-point inspection, insuring high degree of both optical and mechanical performance consistency. Any necessary collimation adjustments performed by a highly experienced technician on a U.S. Navy Mark V Collimator. The Signature series employ an unusually robust mechanical chassis and very sturdy prism mounts for a giant binocular, which helps to minimize the chance of collimation shifting during normal use, especially in the 50mm and 70mm models. Each binocular is covered by our two-year warranty and 30-day return policy.
The 10.5x70 model provides a large exit pupil for observers primarily interested in observation of extended astronomical objects, such as nebulae and galaxies, or for low-light terrestrial applications. The latest version of both binoculars now include recessed threads in the eyepiece assembly, to allow the use of any standard 1.25" nebula filters, making them even more useful for observing extended objects. The 15x70 is a great all-around astronomy binocular that has an added magnification boost for teasing out more detail in deep space objects. If you can make it to dark skies, you'll be amazed by the star-studded field revealed by either binocular - these are oustanding instruments for deep space work. Quick looks at solar system objects are also rewarding - Saturn will appear elongated, the moons of Jupiter will be in evidence, and Earth's own moon will reveal intense detail.
Both the 70mm models come with a deluxe aluminum-trimmed carrying case and our all-metal L-adapter free of charge for easy tripod mounting. Also included with each binocular is a free LensPen® optics cleaning device and a deluxe carrying strap.

Here's what reviewers and customers are saying about Garrett Optical's Signature 15x70 HD-WP binoculars:
The ample eye relief of the Garrett Optical 10.5 X 70 Signatures affords full-field DSO views for this very myopic eyeglass wearer. At the time of purchase, it was apparent to me that the robust build quality of these binoculars and G.O.'s quality control procedures were already known in the binocular community. The purchase decision was therefore quite easy. In addition to eye relief, the large and bright exit pupils have allowed others to easily enjoy the views. When mounted upon a tripod, even the most casual bystanders instantly become observers when their eyes approach the oculars. From my 9-year old Daughter to my 76-year old Dad, and those of many ages in between, the results have always been positive, with nary a frown, squint, or grimace.
- Neal P. Robichaux (10.5x70)
Got the 10.5's Friday. We had really clear conditions that night [...]. Scanned the Milky Way from 10:30 until 1:00 A.M. Wow! These are amazing. With my glasses on I get round stars out to almost the edge, and I easily see the entire field. The little bit of arcing that occurs at the edge do not detract from the view. These are more contrasty than I expected with the large exit pupil. Thank you very much for your advice and patience through this purchase process. I will highly recommend Garrett Optical to anyone considering buying binoculars. - Rich Lakanen (10.5x70)
Yesterday I have the 15x70 Garrett Signature and the 20x80 Gemini in my hands, here in Buenos Aires. And they are really very, very nice and precise instruments, especially the 15x70's. I'm very happy with them, and last night I enjoyed stunnign views of the southern Milky Way (Eta Carina Nebula, and a lot of big clusters near it), the Jewell Box in the Southern Cross, and classics: Pleiades, Orion Nebula, M44, M41, M35.... The 2 binos arrived in excellent condition, very well protected in the big box with a lot of "peanuts" that Marco, my little son (2), scattered all over my house... my wife almost killed us![...] I want to thank you a lot. I´m very happy with the binos and your expert and very professional attention. And surely you will hear[from] me in the future, and I have some friends searching for binoculars.
- Mariano Ribas (15x70)
Greetings! Just so that you know, I received the 15x70 SS binoculars in perfect condition here in India. I wanted to thank you for the excellent customer service throughout this purchase. I appreciate your helping me choose the right binoculars and promptly answering my queries, and I truly felt I was dealing in-person with you, face-to-face! I would certainly recommend Garrett Optical to any of my fellow recreational star-gazers. Thanks again. - Sudheer Sankaran (15x70)
The optics on the GO 15x70 look very nice, the coatings appear superb with very little reflection. Exit pupils are very round and the individual focus eyepieces are firm to turn but they operate very smoothly. Eye relief is good for me. Bottom Line: I like them. Alot. - Bill Goddard (15x70)
Your Signature 15x70’s are simply amazing. The views are like looking through a high quality telescope, and I find myself looking at objects for longer periods without eyestrain. From my suburban backyard, moon features are razor sharp. Jupiter & moons are well defined, and M13 looks much better than through any other binos I have owned. I can’t wait to try them at a dark sky location!
